Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of products within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in a sellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order details. We will provide return instructions and arrange for a courier to collect the product.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective product or incorrect order, we will bear the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
